I, the developer of PricePoint do not have experience in writing a Terms of Service although I will try to include as much information as possible in this document.
By installing the PricePoint application (the "app"), you agree to the following:
* The app may gather any user data specified by the Privacy Policy.
* PricePoint is not responsible for any decisions made based on the data presented by the app.
* PricePoint is not malicious by design and is not responsible for any damage that happens as a result of installing the app.
* PricePoint is not responsible for any other damage related to the app in any way shape or form.
